The following is information related to the processing of your personal data, in connection with the use of our online store at www.encann.pl and placing orders for ENCANN products through it.

We process our Customers' personal data in order to provide functionality to our online store, in accordance with its terms and conditions. This includes, in particular, providing customers with the ability to register with the store and place orders for our products.

Along with the decision to purchase our products, the Customer's data is used for the purpose of completing the sales transaction. This includes, in particular, receiving payment from the Customer, delivery of goods to the place indicated by the Customer, issuance of sales documents, as well as enabling the Customer to exercise warranty rights. We process customers' personal data for our marketing purposes, which means in particular promoting our product offerings. On what basis do we process your personal data?
Depending on the purpose for which Customers' personal data are processed, the legal basis is the circumstance that it is necessary for the performance of sales agreements for ENCANN products (Article 6(1)(b) RODO) or it is the consent expressed by the Customer when making purchases or registering for services conducted on the encann.pl website (Article 6(1)(a) RODO). The basis for the processing of Customers' personal data may also be the circumstance that the processing is necessary for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by encann.pl (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

How long do we process customers' personal data?
The period for which we process customers' personal data depends on the purpose of processing. Thus, respectively:
a) registration in the store's service - for the period for which the customer is registered - until deregistration from the service; after this period, we will process the customer's data for purposes related to accountability of our actions, to which we are obliged by data protection regulations, or for the period for which we are obliged to process on the basis of other legal regulations and for the period of limitation of claims, but no longer than 10 years;
b) sales execution - for a period of one year from the execution of the contract; after this period, we will process the Customer's data for purposes related to the accountability of our actions, to which we are obliged by data protection regulations, or for the period for which we are obliged to process on the basis of other legal regulations and for the period of limitation of claims, but no longer than 10 years;
c) in the case of processing of personal data for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests of encann.pl, the data will be processed for a period not exceeding 10 years.
Who is the recipient of Customer data?
Customer data is transferred only to entities involved in the operation of the encann.co.uk online store and in the processing of ENCANN product orders,
ie:
(a) the hosting service of our website;
b) the courier company and the Polish Post Office delivering the ordered products;
(c) to an online payment processor;
(d) to the bank that maintains the company's bank account.
In all cases of entrusting the processing of personal data, this is done on the basis of appropriate agreements and in a manner that ensures that personal data is processed only for the purposes outlined above.

The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
The customer has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw, if he/she considers that the processing of personal data concerning him/her violates the law.
What are the consequences of the Customer's failure to provide personal information?
Customer's refusal to provide data makes it impossible to use the service of the encann.pl online store, including registering with it and placing an order for ENCANN products.
